So no Taiwan for me!?! :( The plane ticket prices jumped to much before we had a chance to buy them so we had to cancel the trip... huge bummer. Also it looks like my plans for a second job have also fallen through. However I am just hoping to grab more hours at the dome this summer. I have been working pretty much non stop since I got back from my trip. We have had this huge conference going on, its not really a lot of work but it is still wearing me out.
This weekend the girls and I will be heading to Saint John for the sprint boat races... hello redneck central. I can only imagine the crazy stories I am going to come back with. It will be nice to just have a couple days to sit out in the sun and hang out with good friends. Also I decided to throw in a picture of the current status of the dome since I have been pretty much living here for the past week and a half. We are replacing the wall with a semi-transparent material called cowlwall. It should be pretty awesome when it is done but for now it is just freezing in here.
