A change of plans

Five days before my journey to India began the trip was canceled. I was going with my university and because of all the political unrest between India and Pakistan the university decided it was not safe enough for us to go over there. I took the news super hard and ended up getting very sick for a few days. The good news is that because of the tip being canceled I had some extra money and was in able to get in some heavy retail therapy to help me out of my stuck in the states slump. While I was exactly thrilled about spending two weeks in P-town I made the best out of it. I spent a lot of time with my family, like my aunts and uncles. I also got a chance to hang out with some old friends and even more time with my best friends. All in all it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. The break really did fly by and now I am back up in Moscow getting ready for classes to start on Wednesday. My last semester as everyone loves to point out. I guess it is time to starting thinking about what on earth I am going to do with myself. I just wish it would be easy and something would fall right into place, however I think I am going have to work for it just a little bit, you can't beat down wishful thinking though!
