Munich...is sweet

I LOVE MUNICH! I had so much fun here today. Around ten last night we hopped on a night train to Munich and got in at about 7 am. To save money we just got seats so it was a little bit of a restless night and poor Meladi isnt feeling to well. We spent some time on a walking tour of the city, learning the history and such. We saw the glokienspeil, (sp, German not so great) which is the big clock with all the dancing figurines. We also went to Höfenbräus, a sweet brewery/beer gardent that Munich is famous for. We had some yummy sausage and there was live German band. The menu was all German so that was a little fun, it was all just so sureal, it reallz felt for the first time that I was on the other side of the world! After that merry occasion we headed to Dachua, one of the oldest concentration camps. Talk about an expereince to bring you right out of the beer halls and into the real, cruel world. It was amazing, but very sad, I did however manage to not have another Schidendlers list melt down. After that we headed to our hostel, Jaeger Youth hostel, met our roomates, 4 guys and took of course a shot of Jaeger. Meladi is down and out on account of the sickness and my eyes are getting heavy. Gotta rest up for New Years, hope you all have a fantastic time and see ya in 2008. My favorite memory of 2007..... seeing Matt army crawl across Caseys kitchen and the days when Karissa still lived in Moscow!
